ATM Machines: Located pre-security near the security checkpoint and ticketing lobby, and post-security in the A & B concourses.
ADA information: Tulsa International Airport is accessible for all of our passengers. Services include; family restrooms located pre-security on each concourse near the Children's Play Areas, handicapped parking spaces near the terminal building entrance, a service animal relief area located outside of Schwab Hall and TTY phones.

Bus Service: Bus service is available through Tulsa Transit. For more information, visit

Chapel: The interfaith chapel is designed to serve visitors and travelers of various religious traditions. Tulsa Metropolitan Ministry facilitates the chapel, which is located on the upper level in the Concourse B Baggage Claim Area and is open 24 hours a day.
Computer Data Ports: Data ports are located pre and post security on yellow pay phones (also see wireless internet).
Conference Rooms: Meeting rooms are available for rental throughout the terminal and include the use of flip charts, dry erase boards and a conference telephone. To reserve a room call (918) 838-5000.
Currency Exchange: Currency exchange is not available in the terminal.
Fax Machine: Facsimille services are available at the Tulsa Airport Authority administrative office located on the upper level in room A217.
FedEx Drop Box: The drop box is located across the hall from the restrooms at the center checkpoint.
Hairport: A full-service hair salon and barber shop is located in the upper level of the center terminal, pre-security. For an appointment, please call 638-0394. Walk-ins are welcome.
Hours of Operation: The terminal is always open. Generally, airline ticket counters open 90 minutes prior to their first scheduled departure. If in doubt, check with your airline to determine what time you can check-in.
Information: Airport Ambassadors are available from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For information and paging services, call (918) 838-5046 or (918) 838-5047.
Lost and Found: The airport's lost and found office is located in room B218. For information regarding a lost item, contact (918) 838-5090. Each airline and TSA has their own lost and found office.
Luggage Carts: Available 24 hrs. from automatic dispensing stands. The cost of renting a luggage cart is $3.00. All major credit cards are accepted.
Mail Drop: After 9-11 letter drops became restricted in the terminal. Cherry Street Travel Mart is located pre-security and will mail letters. Postage stamps can also be purchased there.

Minute Massage: Chair massage services are located on both concourses and the upper level of the center terminal, pre-security.
Observation Areas: Observation Areas will be open during daylight hours. The south area is located on Memorial Drive across from Fine Airport Parking and the north area is located on Port Road west of the Oklahoma Air National Guard.
Paging: Airport ambassadors provide information and paging services at information desks located in each baggage claim area and at the security checkpoint, or by calling (918) 838-5046.
Parking: There are a variety of parking options available to meet your needs.

Post Office: A full service post office is located on Cargo Road adjacent to the airport terminal.
Prohibited Items: Visit the Transportation Security Administration website for a current list of prohibited items.
Self Service Check-In: Self Service Check-In Machines are conveniently located at most airline ticket counters and near the passenger security checkpoint.
Shoe Shine: Tulsa International Airport's premier shoe shine shop. Shoe Smiles is located on both concourses near the airline gates.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the terminal building.
Taxis: Taxis are located outside of baggage claim.
Ticketing: Passengers can pick up their boarding passes on the lower level of the airport, directly underneath the security checkpoint.
White Courtesy Phones: White phones on walls throughout the terminal may be used to reach the Information Booths for paging or Airport Police. Phone numbers are posted on the phones.
Wireless Internet: AT&T Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal. The service is free for AT&T customers who have Wi-Fi included in their AT&T broadband, smartphone and 3G LaptopConnect plans. Other travelers can purchase access for $7.99 for a 24-hour session.
