The Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) provides a five year perspective of the airport’s critical development needs and the financial planning to accommodate those needs. It also serves as the basis for distribution of grant funds under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP).
The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust approved the following plans for R.L. Jones, Jr. Airport (RVS) on February 11, 2010 and Tulsa International Airport (TUL) on March 11, 2010.
